Billing and refunds

Invitees are always free. Creator allowance is used only when a second verified person joins a creator room. Rooms cancelled before another person joins should not consume creator allowance.

Launch access is 3 free creator meetups per month plus optional packs of 5 creator passes. The Billing screen shows the current checkout price before payment. Purchased pass packs do not expire under the current launch policy.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Noghost credits pass packs only after payment confirmation is received from Stripe. If checkout is cancelled or payment confirmation fails, contact support from your account email.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, failed checkout confirmation, billing errors, or account access problems. Noghost cannot guarantee refunds for completed handoffs or marketplace disputes.
